This stage involves seamless coordination with all required engineering consultants (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Environmental Clearances etc.) and specialist designers such as Landscape, Graphic, Lighting, Upholstery and linen etc).
Optional Statutory Sanctions
If needed, we manage the statutory sanction process. This specialized service is discussed and agreed upon based on your building's type, location, and FSI.
Quality Assurance & Overseeing (Supervision)
